**Towns of Italy è** tour operator di origini fiorentine facente parte del **Gruppo ToItaly** e leader in Italia nel settore delle esperienze turistiche. Ad oggi opera su Firenze, Milano, Roma, Venezia, Palermo e Taormina. Per ampiamento del proprio organico ricerca un **OPERATIONS AGENT**.

La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno del reparto Operations di Roma e risponderà direttamente all'Operations Supervisor dell'ufficio di Firenze.

Si occuperà di:

- check-in dei tour presso i Musei Vaticani e il Colosseo
- gestire daily operations come acquisto biglietti museali e coordinamento con le guide

Si richiede:

- forte propensione alle pubbliche relazioni
- esperienza pregressa nel settore in simile posizione
- ottime capacità di problem solving
- precisione, disponibilità e buone maniere
- capacità di lavorare in team
- conoscenza pacchetto Office
- ottima conoscenza di inglese

Si offre contratto a tempo determinato, con possibilità concrete di intraprendere un percorso professionale duraturo.
