**Roles & Objectives**

As an Intern you will be part of our Production Department for Philip Morris Manufacturing & Technology Bologna S.p.A and will be reporting to Process Support Supervisor. The position will be based in Bologna.

You are the process supporter in problem solving and on floor troubleshooting and Contributor to lead and ensure autonomous/self sufficient team's compliance to all standard OPEN+ Systems and tools according to requirements of Equipment Line Pillars step and Site Phase.

**Specific Responsibilities**
- Participate to Daily Direction Setting (DDS) in order to be trained in inputs and actions related to any loss elimination activities and tasks
- Contribute to promote and validate Kaizens raised by teams by executing adequate risk assessments
- Cooperate with Line Leads to implement Standard work process defined in Pillars (AM steps, quality factor, problem solving SWP, etc)

**Who we’re looking for**
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Management)
- Intermediate IT Skills (Office)
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work alone, in team and to engage with multi-functional stakeholders
