**_ We’re looking for a Social Media Manager _**_who is both creative and proficient in social media management, with expertise in social media publishing tools, content optimization and content automation. You will manage Lara Translate’s social media presence. You’ll create, optimize, and distribute high-performing content across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other key platforms, driving audience engagement and brand awareness._

**What You’ll Do**:
**Content Strategy & Planning**:

- Develop and manage the editorial calendar for social media and content distribution.
- Research and define high-impact topics, niches, and content opportunities to increase reach and engagement.
- Implement SEO strategies to maximize organic visibility across platforms.

**Content Creation & Publishing**:

- Create, edit, and publish engaging content, including videos, carousels, reels, short-form content, and AI-generated posts.
- Use AI-powered tools (VidIQ, Synthesia, ChatGPT, etc.) to generate, repurpose, and automate content.
- Leverage Canva and other design tools to craft visually compelling assets.

**Platform-Specific Growth & Engagement**:

- YouTube - Optimize videos for engagement, SEO, and discoverability using tools like VidIQ.
- Instagram - Develop a mix of reels, carousels, and posts to enhance brand storytelling.

**Community Growth & Engagement**:

- Actively engage with audiences, respond to messages, and foster community discussions.
- Develop unconventional marketing tactics and partnerships to amplify brand visibility.
- Manage and oversee creators, partners, and third-party content providers.

**Performance Optimization & Paid Growth**:

- Run and optimize social media ad campaigns for lead generation and audience expansion.
- Track KPIs, engagement metrics, and growth analytics using AI-driven tools.
- Experiment with growth hacking techniques to scale audience engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Degree in Communication and Marketing or equivalent preferred.
- At least 2 years' experience in the same role, preferably in a start-up environment.
- Proficient in AI-powered content creation tools (VidIQ, Synthesia, automation tools).
- Skilled in SEO strategies for social media content.
- Strong design skills (Canva or similar tools).
- Autonomous content creator - You can ideate, produce, and optimize without hand-holding.
- Experienced in paid ads & unconventional marketing strategies for growth.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills - You can build trust and engage an audience effectively.

**We offer**:full-time contract. This position requires **daily in-office presence**, so we are unable to accommodate fully remote work. However, we value flexibility and offer the opportunity to work **up to 48 days remotely per year**, allowing for a balanced and adaptable work experience.
