**FINANCIAL MANAGER**

**REQUISITI**:

- Laurea in Economia / discipline Economiche o affini
- Almeno sette anni di esperienza in ambito controllo di gestione
- Conoscenza dei principi e metodi del controllo di gestione
- Solide conoscenze di economia aziendale, contabilità, bilancio e analisi bilancio
- Competenze informatiche (Excel, software per la contabilità, sistemi gestionali..
- Doti analitiche
- Orientamento risultati
- Abilità comunicative ed interpersonali
- Leadership
- Capacità organizzative
- Precisione e attenzione ai dettagli
- Conoscenza di Business Central Dynamics 365 Microsoft Navision
- Forte senso di responsabilità

Il Financial Manager

Riportando direttamente all'Amministratore Delegato si occuperà di:

- Coordinare le attività di controllo di gestione
- Coordinare un team di 3 persone
- Analizzare i processi e definire le procedure del controllo di gestione
- Misurare le prestazioni e valutare l'efficienza di contabilità, rendicontazione e del sistema di controlling interno
- Collaborare alla definizione del budget di spesa
- Redazione di forecast
- Monitorare e valutare business performance e cost controlling delle diverse aree aziendali
- Analizzare gli scostamenti delle voci di bilancio rispetto agli obiettivi finanziari ed economici programmati
- Elaborare la reportistica periodica

Si offre inserimento in contesto stimolante, RAL commisurata alla reale esperienza nella mansione.
