As a Materials Planning and Quality Specialist, you will be accountable for coordinating and expediting the flow of materials (from suppliers and also within departments) according to production schedules, planning and scheduling material/production needs. You will develop an operational year plan for own manufacturing activities of the team, suggesting improvements in products, processes and procedures.

As a Materials Planning & Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Define (pull system) timeline for Test Eng. Dept BOM and documentations
- Assure availability of shop items (materials and fixtures) compliant with internal HSE and national rules (eg.PED, ATEX)
- Assign Contractor activities and related costs
- Interact with Sourcing dept for criticalities management and strategic initiatives for simplification, cost reduction and target On Time Delivery.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a BSc in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial are preferred) fields with basic experience in Manufacturing, Operations or Production Quality Control
- Be fluent in English and Italian (oral and written)
- Show sbility to analyze problems and identify root causes
- Have good problem solving skills
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Show teamwork and change agent attitude
- Be able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Display strong attention to details
