We are actively looking for a **HSE Manager** who will join our team in supporting an important client operating in the Energy - Oil & Gas sector. Main tasks include: - Develop health, safety and environmental processes, procedures and guidelines on the construction site, including identifying risks and training employees on how to handle hazardous materials or situations - Ensure all safety equipment is in good condition and available for use by all employees - Conduct inspections to identify potential hazards and create plans to eliminate them - Developing emergency response plans for natural disasters, fire risks, chemical spills, etc. - Maintain accident and injury logs to track trends and improve safety measures - Create and enforce occupational health and safety standards in compliance with federal, state and international regulations - Monitoring the work environment to ensure it is safe for employees to work - Conduct accident investigations when accidents occur to determine causes - Establish emergency preparedness plans to ensure the company can continue operations in the event of an emergency - Support the site manager with all safety and environmental matters. **Qualifications** - Master's Degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Hygiene or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with specialization training in safety, environment and health or environmental sciences. - Differential degrees or specializations may be considered if the content of the study courses is equivalent. - Construction site experience is required - Previous experience in the role and knowledge of industry standards/guidelines - Fluent English - Qualifications required by **D.Lgs 81/08 (RSPP, CSP, CSE)**, experience in the same role or in roles due to Title IV D.Lgs 81/08, as preferably described in the **UNI 11720: 2018** standard as "Operational Manager ”. **Additional Information** What we offer**: - CCNL Metalmeccanico contract - Health insurance - Meal vouchers or canteen - Informal, stimulating, dynamic and inclusive environment - Welfare programs - Attention to Work-Life Balance - Continuous on the job training process - Cross sector and cross-functional career paths - Development of soft skills - Consolidated partnerships with leading companies in the sector and the best universities If you are a curious, ambitious and proactive personwhat are you waiting for?
