**PRODUCTION PLANNING AND CONTROL MANAGER**

**Posizione**:
Riportando al CFO, la figura avrà le seguenti responsabilità:

- Organizzazione e pianificazione della produzione
- Gestione delle scorte
- Monitoraggio e stima della domanda
- Coordinamento tra le funzioni aziendali e gestione di una risorsa
- Ottimizzazione dei costi di produzione
- Identificazione dei problemi
- Monitoraggio delle prestazioni

**Requisiti**:
Competenze richieste e requisiti:

- Esperienza significativa maturata nei processi produttivi presso aziende che utilizzano macchinari da rotocalco e/o calandratura
- Laurea técnica
- Capacità di pianificazione e organizzazione, gestione del tempo
- Conoscenza delle tecnologie di produzione
- Conoscenza dei materiali e delle materie prime plastiche
- Competenze informatiche: SAP, ERP, MRP (Material Requirements Planning)
- Capacità di gestione delle risorse e di lavorare in team
- Conoscenza delle normative su sicurezza e ambiente
- Capacità di analisi e attenzione ai dettagli
