The GT&P FI Client Manager Italy mission is to focus on sustainable revenue generation through handling business requests originating mainly from the Network, by providing products and services advisory within the designated portfolio of banks and countries and taking care of the operational aspects of the day-to-day business

Primary role entails the ability to:

- Develop the GT&P business and matching the risk/reward objectives in alignment with the Global FI Sales Managers acting as Local Product Specialist.
- FI Client Manager Italy (FICM) will be the Local Relationship Manager for Banks whose coverage is in GT&P.
- In coordination with the Global FI Sales Managers, support the clearing business by managing current account openings and implementing the Global strategy at local level; provide, furthermore, input on local clearing activity to support the global analysis and steering of the business;
- Set, adjust/fine-tune the commercial strategy, also by monitoring, together with the Global FI Sales Managers, what competitors are doing in each market;
- Actively interact with Trade Finance sales specialist and corporate Relationship Managers to offer solutions and advices regarding Trade Finance products
- Activate Trade Finance Sales specialist to follow up on incoming Trade Finance potential deals originated through Correspondent Banks;
- Coordinate the closing of Trade Finance deals (both funded and unfunded) with Trade Finance specialist, directly with correspondent banks;
The FI Client Manager Italy (FICM) responsibilities include, but are not limited to,
- Providing the network with advisory solutions on the following products: i) letters of credit and documentary collections, ii) letters of guarantee, iii) Letters of Credit Cash Collateral Agreement, vi) Payments and Clearing services, v) Trade Loans vi) Post-financing of Letters of Credit; vii) any other product or service included in the GT&P Trade Finance catalogue (excl. Trade Risk Management and Forfaiting);
- Deal with international guarantees (i.e. bid bonds, performance bonds, payment guarantees, etc.) for our Corporate clients, aiming at i) offering the Group as the guarantee issuer in all markets we are present or ii) finding the best and most competitive guarantee provider in other markets;
- Deal with RMA, KYC AML & Sanctions processes and Group Mapping update in coordination with Global FI Sales Manager;
- Request credit approval, allocation of new credit lines or renewal of existing limits as far as GT&P products are concerned.

Requisiti

**PROFILE**
- The FICM is client-oriented, with a sharp focus on streamlining operational solution to support the business.
- He/ She has the ability to establish excellent interpersonal relationships both with internal and external clients.
- He/ She is fluent in English and Italian. Additional language skills (German, French, Arabic, or Spanish) are a plus
- A higher education background is recommended. However, multiple years of banking experience, ideally in Corporate banking, would be considered as valuable qualifications.
