The intern will be supporting the CRM team in the digital transformation and creating new engagement and delighting tools that can enhance the customer journey and that can support stores in the interaction with clients. The intern will have the following job tasks:
- Support the CRM Manager on:
- Development of the marketing strategic tools connected with CRM activities,
- Development of the strategic reporting set-up to provide to the key company stakeholders,
- Support the whole process of development of new digital tools: briefing, testing, training and maintaining the tools,
- Support the project management and new developments of a Clienteling App,
- Perform analysis of CRM campaigns to understand best practices and insights,
- Manage the orders of delighting tools from the regional stakeholders,
- Budget tracking,
- Project Management of the daily operations of data quality and data enhancements.
**Profile**:
- Master Degree in Business Management, Marketing or similar;
- Fluent English, both spoken and written;
- IT abilities required: good knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office (in particular, Excel and PowerPoint);
- Good analytical, planning and deadlines monitoring skills;
- Ability to manage multiple projects;
- Problem solving, precision, attention to the details, team working attitude and flexibility;
- Strong passion for the luxury world.
