**The Smart Infrastructure Division **from Siemens intelligently connects **energy** **systems, buildings and industries to adapt and evolve the way we live and work**. We work together with customers and partners to create an ecosystem that intuitively responds to the needs of people and helps customers to better use resources.
**Your Challenge**:

- Performs site surveys to develop base design or installation plans;
- Completes technical analyses and supports proposal process at any stage as part of the sales team;
- Acts as the direct point of contact for our customer base as well as for our outside sales team;
- Analyzes customers' technical setup to better judge on pre-and/or after-sales support requirements;
- Acts as standardized interface to customer with escalation paths within RC and escalation paths towards HQ;
- May perform internal or external product trainings;
What you need to bring with you:

- You have a proven previous experience in HVAC and OEM Systems & products market;
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering;
- Available to national business trips
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Growth & Inclusive Mindset
- European Work Permit
