Starhotels è alla ricerca di un
**Food & Beverage Manager **per il ristorante “Le Maschere” del suo
**Hotel Splendid Venice**, situato nel centro di
**Venezia**. Come F&B Manager, la persona coordinerà i servizi di food and beverage dell’Hotel, riportando al Group Director of F&B.

**Tra le attività di cui l’F&B Manager sarà responsabile vi sono**:

- Pianificare, gestire e controllare le varie attività F&B, definendo e verificando gli standard di servizio
- Migliorare la qualità dei servizi offerti e diversificandoli nel rispetto degli obiettivi strategici definiti dall’azienda
- Gestire la rota dello staff F&B
- Assicurare il rispetto delle norme HACCP
- Incentivare la formazione del personale
- Contribuire alla realizzazione del budget F&B e monitorare il P&L
- Realizzazione report a supporto delle attività del Group Director of F&B.

**Per avere successo nel ruolo, all’F&B Manager sarà richiesta**:

- Comprovata esperienza di almeno 3 anni nel ruolo
- Esperienza all’estero in catene internazionali sarà considerata requisito preferenziale
- Ottima conoscenza lingua inglese.

- Capacità di coordinamento di persone e progetti, problem solving e leadership
- Attenzione al mercato ed alla qualità dei servizi
- Capacità di relazionarsi con i diversi interlocutori sia interni che esterni all’azienda, al fine di raggiungere gli obiettivi della Direzione
- Predisposizione al lavoro di squadra.
- La residenza a Venezia o interland costituirà requisito preferenziale.
