**about this role**
We are looking for a Sales Associate to join a team of Brand Ambassadors in one of our retail spaces. Together you will deliver an exceptional, engaging customer experience, resulting in solid commercial results and team satisfaction. Our retail spaces are a place for our customers to engage with our innovation and science in person, and to develop a deeper connection with the brand.

**a day in the life**
- Driving forward sales through education and knowledge in Innovation and Sustainability
- Always demonstrate an authentic, best-in-class approach to customer satisfaction.
- Assist in clientele generation through customer engagement and build long term loyal client relationships.
- Maintaining company brand and concept standards on both the shop floor and back of house
- Ensuring exceptional standards of housekeeping, cleanliness and merchandising are upheld
- Uphold time and attendance policy.
- Contribute to Loss Prevention and assist with inventory controls in the concession.
- Communicate product feedback from customers
- Maintain a professional, collaborative, and productive work environment.
- Any other duties required to achieve the smooth and profitable running of the concession

**Requirements**:

- Passion for Sustainability and Materials innovation.
- You enjoy interacting with customers and sharing your product knowledge with them to drive sales
- Brand Ambassador who embodies the PANGAIA values
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a face-paced setting
