Your Core Activities
- Identify training and development needs of all the departments within the Plant
- Work with department managers and align with HQ Training function to develop training programs and ensure they deliver results
- Organize training materials, oversee training programs and their related budget, tracking and assessing the results
- Coordinate with HQ Talent Acquisition and external providers (APL, HH) in order to ensure timing and quality of the Plant selection needs.
- Drive the internal communication pillar, choosing communication contents and tools, taking the lead on engaging initiatives, developing an inspiring workplace.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a relevant field.
- A range of 3-5 years of experience in the role, preferable in a Manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Power Point)
