**The position at a glance**:
The main objective of an IT Continuity and Resilience Specialist is to support the deployment of IT Continuity principles implementing the IT Continuity processes and metrics for the Application portfolio, Infrastructure services and projects.
IT Continuity and Resilience Specialist collects the business requirements in term of IT Continuity and garantee the compilation and the collection of the required documentation linked to new projects, contracts and changes.
Additionally the objective of IT Continuity and Resilience Specialistis to enforce and support the annual roadmap of DR test, supporting the planning and execution and reporting test results to Local and Group IT Continuity management.

**Primary Responsibilities**

Being part of Infrastructure and Production Department, the person will report hierarchically to the IT Continuity and Resilience Officer.

The person will support the IT Continuity and Resilience Officer to guarantee the IT suppliers, internal and external, will deliver the IT security and continuity framework as expected.

He/Her guarantee the management of the required documentation and the alignment to the IT continuity requirements.

Coordinates the development, review, and update of the disaster recover plan, supports and enforces the planning and execution of Disaster Recovery tests and bakcup/recovery test.

Provides reporting, documentation and support participating in project update meeting.

Provides operational support to the Security Officer and Business Continuity Manger in their requests and regular controls and act as a focal point for those activities.

Contrinute to Business Continuity Plan definition, implementation and test.

Provides operational support assessments/audit of threats and vulnerabilities, asses the level of risk, and develop and/or recommend appropriate mitigation countermeasures.

Support the Governance for IT Continuity and Operational Security issues.

Provides timely reporting of the specific KPIs/KRIs to the territory and corporate management.

Participates to Local and Group operational and cyber resilience projects and Cyber Security Initiative.

Raises awareness of the IT Continuity Program and trains other team members.

Interfaces with Internal Audit/IT Governance/Risk Management/Gloabl Security teams on requirements related to IT Continuity.

**What we expect from you**

Education: Master's Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science. At least 3+ years’ experience in IT service continuity management or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Behavioral skills: service oriented, positive, committed and enthusiastic team player; ability to prioritize work and to perform multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to deadlines; good problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to work well as a team member and to work independently; ability to interface with C-Level Managers and to work with IT production teams at all levels; strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Technical skills:

- Deep knowledge of HA (High Availability) solutions and HA platform design;
- Deep knowledge of IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) and Disaster Recovery framework;
- Overall understanding of Business Continuity & Incident Management framework (e.g. BIA, BCP);
- Knowledge of IT Operational Security and Cybersecurity fundamentals;
- Project management and documentation skills;
- Attitude to understand and follow directions and complex policies and procedures;
- Disaster Recovery and/or Cybersecurity certifications are highly desirable.

**Contract type and Remuneration**

The offer will be a full time open-ended contract and the relative remuneration will be consistent with the National Insurance Contract.
