Your Opportunity, Your Team

The Line Producer supports QVC by orchestrating seamless live broadcasts and collaborating with hosts, production teams, guests, and experts. You will manage the show flow for both live and recorded programmes, align with planning and programming, and guide hosts with product briefings, real-time updates, and audience engagement across all Big Screen platforms. You will also coordinate with departments to spotlight product features and address customer queries.

Where You'll Work

This role is onsite and will require you to work from our offices/studios based in Brugherio (MB) daily. This is a full-time, permanent role that requires availability to work on shifts (day/evening) and weekends.

What You'll Do- Interpret and execute sales and content strategies with a multiplatform approach, achieving pre-determined sales goals per shift.- Manage live interaction and respond to the needs of our customers, directing all elements of live and recorded shows.- Discuss strategies and product presentations with Presenters, the Strategy team, Backstage, Planners, Gallery, Guests, Experts, and Suppliers.- Interpret live sales information and react appropriately in real time to drive sales and make decisions that create and increase viewership.

What You'll Bring- Proven experience in strategy, OTT and TV production.- Strong understanding of TV processes.- Availability to work on shifts (day/evening) and weekends.- Ability to thrive in team-oriented and dynamic environments.- Experience with digital tools and software for broadcasting and OTT.- English: Intermediate.
