The Global Web Site Product Manager works to empower a global CNH Industrial team to build robust, user-centered capabilities that serve our customers (utilizing the Sitecore platform today). In this role, the Global Web Site Product Manager will be responsible for leading strategic improvements and enhancements for its customers globally. Providing insight, feedback and strategic recommendations regarding the development, performance, quality and capabilities of the global web sites.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish and drive product release plans that satisfy customer experience needs and business priorities. Establish outcomes and key results (OKRs), product vision and product roadmap. Build out and maintain product canvas.
- Define and prioritize the product backlog in order to deliver a whole valuable product.
- Maintaining a deep knowledge of web development products and services (including Sitecore). Serving as the sole “content authority” for the product assigned.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing customers. (Customer journey maps, digital web asset management, taxonomy and design).
- Researching and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Identifying customer needs and requirements, collaborating with engineers, architects, and UX/UI to propose suitable solutions.
- Providing customers with comprehensive product/service consultations and guiding their decision-making process. Use strong analytics skills to assess costs, risks and benefits of work.
- Resolving complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner
- Ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Manages product management team members with a servant leadership style. The product managers that report to this position could be employees of CNHi or contractors.
YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA / Bachelors degree in business, IT, finance, accounting, economics or business administration. Degree in management, marketing, communication, or a similar field.
Certifications: (Great to have (certainly a major Plus) but not mandatory)
1. Business Relationship management professional (BRMP),
2. Certified Business Relationship manager (CBRM),
3. Masters in Business Relationship management (MBRM)
4. Product Manager/Product Owner (POPM) Scaled Agile Framework
- 12+ years of overall proven experience with business Products.
- Strong experience and knowledge of business domains or previous experience as product owner, account manager, service manager or IT business partner in relevant industry or business segment. Experience as a relationship manager, in customer service, or a similar role.
- Well-versed knowledge of software development lifecycle, and testing methodologies, such as Agile. Prior experience of working with functional IT teams in similar roles.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client and business relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Customer-oriented.
