**USER EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST / UX SPECIALIST
**OVERALL OBJECTIVES:

- Interact with team members to design coherent and feasible solutions
- Analyze relevant and structured data mostly from Google Analytics and Hotjar
- Conduct researches focused on the user journey
- Using appropriate and available tools elaborate interactable prototypes to be used on research and shared when necessary with stakeholders or team members

**PROFILE CAPABILITIES:

- Structural and analytical thinking, web metrics, usability research methods, prototyping, web development and ecommerce knowledge
- Fluent english
- Research methods knowledge
- Interactions model understanding desktop and mobile
- Research platforms knowledge: Usercrowd for example
- Heatmap and recording tools setup knowledge : Hotjar for example
- Prototyping tools knowledge : Figma and Adobe XD for example
- Understanding of the main web metrics and data visualization
- Understanding of conversion rate optimization practices
