Umana S.p.A. cerca ADD. AL CENTRALINO per un’importante azienda del territorio operante nel settore dell'industria meccanica, dei macchinari e della lavorazione metalli. Ti occuperai principalmente di gestire il centralino, rispondendo alle chiamate in entrata e indirizzandole ai reparti competenti. Sarai inoltre responsabile della gestione della posta, sia elettronica che cartacea, e dell'accoglienza dei visitatori. La tua funzione sarà fondamentale per garantire un'efficiente comunicazione interna ed esterna all'azienda.
Responsabilità:
- Gestione del centralino: rispondere alle chiamate in entrata e indirizzarle ai reparti competenti.
- Gestione della posta: ricezione, smistamento e invio della corrispondenza, sia elettronica che cartacea.
- Accoglienza dei visitatori: ricezione e indirizzamento dei visitatori all'interno dell'azienda.
- Supporto alla segreteria: collaborazione con il team di segreteria per garantire un'efficiente comunicazione interna ed esterna.
- Gestione documentazione amministrativa.
Requisiti:
- Diploma di scuola superiore.
- Esperienza pregressa in ruoli analoghi.
- Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali.
- Conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici.
- Capacità di lavorare in team.
- Disponibilità a lavorare full time dal lunedì al venerdì.
