TOMRA Sorting Solutions is a dynamic company with an outstanding product line and an excellent level of customer satisfaction. **The company is now looking to appoint an Global Sales Business Analyst (all genders).** TOMRA recycling follows ambitious plans to expand the excellent market position and further shape the organization in the next years to come. To participate in reaching this goal the main role of the new resource will be divided in different steps and phases and this position has the opportunity to grow further in the company organization and evolution. - Supporting Global weekly Fcst and Monthly report Recycling. - Power BI super user and reference point for BPM Team to improve usage and reports - Corporate Monthly Report management - Interface for OI with Finance - Support RSDs in Fcst analysis and corrective actions Role and Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include: - Assist in the collection of Global weekly forecasting information for sales/financial and sales data analysis: trends vs last year(s), split of segments and/or countries, accuracy by country/region, optimists/pessimists, late to register projects, etc. - Consolidation and support of the TR Monthly Report - Manage incoming customers calls, customers surveys, etc... - Support VP Sales & RSDs in any matter for example planning meetings in term of coordination and arrangements and quality of the set up. - Demand plan analysis. Provide daily updates of CRM system. Assure that other sales and support staff is update about news concerning CRM system and the importance of it. - Global Meeting planner organizer - Flexibility and agility - Proactive person and good in talking directly and over the phone - Able to connect people together - Accurate record keeping. Detail oriented. - 3-5 years experience of inside sales and /or Sales back office / business analyst - High level of working knowledge of Microsoft Office pack and excellent in excel and database management and CRM - Good on phone support - Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory other languages skills welcome. - A Diploma or Degree in sales and/or marketing / Economics or technical schools Interested?
