Description

As Serial Maintenance Project Manager (m/w/divers), the person will lead several projects as customer interface, focusing on components serial life maintenance phase, considering customer change requests and change packages defined by the CES segments or Automotive Business Units (analysis, effort estimation and quotation of new internal and external requirements).

Supporting the off-site project teams, the person will be responsible for the project organization, development, qualification assuring stable serial production of the modified product.

the person will liase internally with technical experts, sales, quality and report directly to the regional project management responsible.
The person will have responsibility for the customer satisfaction, by achievement of all technical, performance and timing objectives. Your projects considers aspects as H/W component design, EE-Architecture, feature development and safety & security, software upgrades and releases etc. of components belonging potentially to the whole continental automotive portfolio.

**Qualifications**:

- bachelor or master degree in electronic or mechanical engineering (or similar qualification)
- significant professional experience in managing projects until start of production as well experience in direct cooperation with customers
- comprehensive experience in the development of automotive electronic systems
- professional experience with MS Office, as well as MS Project and SAP
- Very good Italian and English language skills, possibly also German (but not essential)
- good planning and organizational skills
- excellent communication, strong customer orientation as well as motivation and leadership skills
- Self-initiative, analytical skills and eagerness to learn
- Eagerness to travel (within Italy, occasionally Germany)
- Experience in international teams
