**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Per la nostra sede di Carpi (MO), siamo alla ricerca di uno stagista che vada a supporto del nostro team HR nello svolgimento di attività di HR Cost Controlling. In questa posizione, l’HR Cost Controlling Trainee avrà la possibilità di svolgere un tirocinio curriculare di 6 mesi all’interno di un ambiente dinamico.

**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Pianificazione dell’organico ed elaborazione di budget/forecast del costo del personale;
- Preparazione di schemi di incentivi e consuntivazione;
- Elaborazione di reportistica HR;
- Creazione di metriche;
- Monitoraggio di KPI;
- Raccolta, verifica, organizzazione, consolidamento e analisi dei dati;
- Monitoraggio dell’accuratezza dei dati inseriti nei sistemi HR.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**:

- Laurea in scienze matematiche/statistiche/economiche/informatiche;
- Riservatezza, accuratezza, precisione, attenzione al dettaglio;
- L’ottima conoscenza di Excel è fondamentale;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office;
- Organizzazione.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tirocinio formativo/stage
Durata contratto: 6 mesi

Stipendio: €450,00 al mese
