**QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION**

We are looking for a Partnerships & Procurement Coordinator to join our growing e-commerce team. This role will focus on developing and managing partnerships with product suppliers (food and other categories) to expand our product portfolio and ensure sustainable business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to expand the product range and ensure category diversity.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and supply agreements to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
- Facilitate export logistics and manage end-to-end international shipping schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
- Manage supplier relationships and performance to secure continuous supply, quality, and compliance.
- Oversee contract management, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (logistics, operations, marketing) for smooth integration of new products.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify sourcing opportunities and cost optimization areas.

**Qualifications / Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in BA, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in food procurement, vendor management, or partnerships, ideally in e-commerce sectors.
- Strong knowledge of supplier sourcing and contract negotiation processes.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
