Join us and make your mark on the world with Jodel. **Your Mission**: - Research and conceptualize mobile designs, conduct user tests and surveys and create interactive prototypes and production-ready designs. - Work closely with designers, product managers, and developers on ideation, concepts, and the realization of scalable product features and improvements. - Generate and structure Insights from user interviews, usability tests, and surveys. - Work with custom built design systems and communicating with developers. - Proactively engage in maintaining and creating processes and structures for productive and motivating teamwork within the design team and in collaboration with other departments. **What you need to succeed**: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in Product Design or a similar role working with mobile consumer products (B2C). - Experience in working within agile, cross-functional and growth-oriented teams. - Expertise in working with the major mobile platforms. - Strong verbal and written communication skills to present and communicate with team members, stakeholders, and users. - You know how to measure the value of good design and you maintain control over the corresponding KPIs. - Very good command of English, both spoken and written.
