**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**

This is a unique opportunity to enhance your expertise in the world of SEO and take your career to the next level. This is a hands-on position with strong growth potential within the organization as we expand throughout Europe.

**ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES**

As a SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Daily management of a SEO account portfolio across various European markets, ranging from startups/SMEs to large corporations
- Execution of the Scope of Work agreed upon with clients
- Implementation of data-driven SEO strategies to maximize client results
- Reporting on SEO performance
- Delivering client KPIs under the supervision of NP Digital Italy's Earned Media Director
- Key relationships in your day-to-day will include NP Digital prospects and clients across Europe, NP Digital's global SEO team, and NP Digital's team in Italy

**ABOUT YOU**

You are results-oriented, with the ambition and determination to achieve success for your clients, your team, and, of course, yourself We would also like you to possess and demonstrate:

- 2-4 Years of experience in the SEO domain, preferably within an agency setting
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ubersuggest, Semrush, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, Ahrefs, Majestic, STAT, BrightEdge, etc., for analyzing organic performance and making data-driven recommendations
- Experience in executing the following SEO tasks and deliverables:

- Development of a holistic SEO strategy across various sectors
- Technical SEO audits to identify technical and structural issues and provide enhancements and solutions
- In-depth keyword research and mapping
- On-page audit and optimization
- Conceptualization, planning, and content optimization
- Competitive analysis, keyword gap analysis, and content gap analysis
- Off-page strategies such as link identification and management
- A strong understanding of data analysis is essential for this role
- A proven track record of excellent client and stakeholder relationships
- Exceptional communication, presentation, writing, and organizational skills
- An independent and innovative attitude. You're proactive, able to work independently while having the necessary support
- Collaboration, agility, and integrity
