**About The Role**:
Entain is one of the world’s largest sports betting and gaming groups, operating both online and in the retail sector. With offices across five continents and licences in more than 20 countries, we operate some of the most well-known and iconic brands in the industry with more than 250 years of combined history - names such as Ladbrokes, partypoker, bwin and Coral.

**ATTIVITA’**:

- Supporta, coordinandosi con il team HR, il processo di selezione e recruiting in linea con le priorità di business
- Pianifica e presenzia ai colloqui con le diverse funzioni e supporta il coordinamento delle diverse sessioni di interview
- Supporta nella gestione del database dei CV
- Cura il job posting sui siti di maggior efficacia (sito istituzionale, Linkedin,) coordinandosi con il team HR
- Cura la reportistica relativa al recruiting in azienda
- Supporta il team HR nell’attivazione degli stage con le università e predispone i relativi contratti
- Supporta il team HR nella calendarizzazione dei programmi di apprendistato e monitora la corretta compilazione dei progetti formativi

**CARATTERISTICHE**
- Laureato in discipline umanistiche
- Esperienza precedente di almeno 6 mesi nella selezione del personale
- Precisione e attenzione al dettaglio
- Capacità di trattare con riservatezza le informazioni con le quali si entra in contatto
- Ottime capacità interpersonali e “customer oriented”
- Ottime capacità organizzative e relazionali, resistenza allo stress e pro-attività.
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto office in particolare excel
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese è titolo preferenziale
- La posizione è full time
