For our client, a highly growing start-up, backed by primary investors, we are looking for an experienced Finance Manager.

The Finance Manager is a key person that will join the leadership team to support out client’s ambitious goals.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Finance Manager will be in charge of:

- Directing and overseeing the financial activities of the company and its subsidiaries;
- Managing the accounting team, external consultants, and audit functions;
- Managing the preparation of financial reports, financial statements, and summaries;
- Coordinating the creation of budgets, business plans, and forecasts predicting future growth;
- Supporting the design and optimization of administrative functions, including provisioning and sales processes;
- Managing the corporate financial accounts, purchases, financial obligations, and tax payments;
- Coordinating with investors, banks and credit institutions.

The Finance Manager will have excellent digital proficiency and communication skills, written and spoken, both in English and Italian. A natural leader that is comfortable to be part of the company leading team, hardworking, excellent at mediation and capable of being extremely focused on the task.

Previous experience and proven passion for IT startups is a strong plus.

The Finance Manager will be based at the main headquarters in Naples, Italy, and will be required to travel to subsidiaries and to investors and financial institutions.
