**Position Snapshot**:

- Nespresso Italy, based in Assago
- Graduating/Graduated in Business Analytics, Consumer Insight, Statistics or related field
- Full-time internship (6 months)
- Start date: end to June

**Position Summary**:
To reinforce our Customer Care & Service department, we are looking forward to having a Omnichannel Service Quality Analyst Intern joining the team to help gathering and analyzing key information (internal and external sources) to elevate Nespresso Customer Satisfaction and identify focus area to work on

**A day in the life of...**:

- Support the team with the creation and design of performance reports in Microsoft Power BI
- Test of performance reports in Power BI
- Customer Satisfaction analysis
- Analysis of trending topics & customers behaviors by Markets
- Study of conversational trends for retail companies, focused primarily on customer satisfaction and service offered

**What Will Make You Successful**:

- University student graduated/graduating in Business Analytics, Consumer Insight, Statistics or related field
- Perfect fluency in written and spoken English, other languages are a plus
- Strong IT skills (Office and Power BI)
- Good presentation skills
- Result and detail-oriented
- Proactive, autonomous, and open personality with an entrepreneurial spirit
