At Marketplace Distri we're looking for a Junior Backoffice and order management specialist - to join our team at the headquarters in Lucca (Tuscany)

Marketplace Distri is active in developing brands on an international level, both for B2B and B2C markets, especially focusing on improving their performance on Amazon.

We currently work in ES, UK, DE, IT, FR, PL,SE and NL managing more than 100.000 product pages in 8 countries.

We are looking for a bright, ambitious, and dedicated self-starter that will work with an international team of professionals.

Tasks

**We would like you to**:

- Handle orders received on Amazon Vendor platform
- Timely and accurate processing of sales orders (submitted via multiple channels)
- Contact suppliers to inquiry about their availability and delivery date
- Verify the availability of placed orders, ensuring their quality before and after shipment
- Check the prices are matching with our database, if not update them accordingly
- Communicate and collaborate with the warehouse on daily basis
- Dispute shortage items on invoices on Amazon Platform on a daily basis
- Build strong working relationships with our internal and external stakeholders
- Deal with Amazon complaints on a daily basis
