Junior Marketing Specialist

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**|** **About the role**

**As the Junior Marketing Specialist, you will**:

- Provide marketing and communication support for marketing, vendor managers and sales teams.
- Follow-up all procedures and management of marketing campaigns budget: requests, invoicing and claim.
- Collaborate with different suppliers and partners.
- Create reports, update trackers and calendars.
- Create, translate and localize contents for social media, eDMs, newsletters, brochures.
- Update company website and other digital assets when necessary.
- Support in webinars and events organization.
- Marketing database operations: upload, download, sanity check.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**|** **About you**

**The ideal Junior Marketing Specialist**:

- University degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics or Marketing.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Italian, other languages are a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing.
- Software Marketing Automation experience is necessary (Eloqua preferred).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
- Experience with Digital Marketing tools and platforms, Adobe suite, Website management experience and knowledge of SEO/SEM techniques are preferred.
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, banners, eDMs ).
- Experience in event marketing is a big plus.
- Preferably experience in multinational B2B environment and/or IT companies.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to respect deadlines and prioritization of tasks are essential.
- Ability to function independently, while also being a real team player, in a rapidly evolving environment.
- A can-do attitude, hunger to learn, creative and proactive approaches are essential.
