**Company Description**:
Creativity, Organization and Intuition are the key words to start the Red Bull Semester on a high note You spent the last semester attending university lessons, working together with your project teammates, studying for the exams, but now it’s YOUR TIME

You will have the incredible and striking chance to join the Red Bull Italy marketing team.

Do you have a passion for **music**, **dance **and **events **and want to be part of the Red Bull World? Do you have strong communication and organizational skills, do you manage to keep several projects at the same time?

Then you might be just the right person to support our Culture Marketing team in Milan for 6 months (July-December).

**Culture Programs and Projects**

Support the Culture Marketing team in planning and executing live events, ensuring that all logístical aspects are efficiently managed.

Coordinate with suppliers and partners to ensure the delivery of services and resources necessary for events.

Support the management of budgets and resources for events.

Work closely together with sales, communications and brand department.

**Red Bull Music**

Contribute to the creation of marketing strategies for Red Bull Music formats and artists' music projects.

Collaborate with the team to develop and implement marketing campaigns in support of the Red Bull Music brand and formats.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics of marketing campaigns, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.

**Qualifications**:
You are a university student or graduate, preferably with a focus on events, marketing, or the music industry.

You have experience or a strong interest in the events sector. Knowledge and **passion for the music industry and the latest trends.**

You are characterized by excellent communication and organizational skills, in order to collaborate effectively with the internal team, artist management, and external suppliers.

You have a natural creativity and critical thinking skills to propose innovative ideas.

Availability to work in a dynamic environment and manage flexible hours related to events.

And last but not least, high standard of integrity with a passion for the brand and commitment to Red Bull values.

Fluency in English language: written and spoken.
