HR Advanced Analytics Intern

Barilla G. & R. Fratelli is looking for an HR Advanced Analytics Intern, within the Human Resources Team. The stager will support and design the HR Data Strategy, developing HR Reporting and Advanced Analytics to support data driven decision making.

**Job Purpose**

He/She will collaborate with the team to create and finalize HR Reporting and advanced analytics implementation with Power BI and SuccessFactors Stories, contributing to grant high data quality standards.

**Key accountabilities**
- Monthly data quality checks;
- Relate with regional HR teams for missing or inconsistent data;
- Support tutor in creating new dashboards;
- Support the HR Dashboarding implementation roadmap;
- Support SucessFactors Stories reporting go live.

**Requirements**:

- Studies in economic and/or statistics (Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree);
- IT advanced reporting tool skills (Excel, Power BI, etc.);
- Proactivity;
- Good communication skills;
- Fluency in English.
