**The Opportunity**

As a Legal trainee you will join the Italian Legal Department, within a team consisting of 4 lawyers, who work to support the global business lines operating in Italy, for a 6-month paid internship.

**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**
- You will support handling of claims, enforcement procedures and requests of information from authorities;
- You will provide day-to-day assistance on legal matters;
- You will collaborate in reviewing/updating internal policies;
- You will conduct research on legislation and case law;
- You will support the legal team on simple legal documents.

**Who Are We Looking For**

We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next - people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:

- You have a Law degree achieved with the highest honors;
- Dissertation on Banking, Fintech or IT matters is considered an asset;
- You are fluent in English, certification is considered a plus;
- Previous Internship experience in a Bank, Financial Institution or IT company is considered a plus;
- You are more than familiar in using of office package (word, excel, ppt etc.)
