**The Role**

As a Bookkeeper you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing priority systems, invoices and tax payments, overseeing bank reconciliations and weekly disbursement on a weekly basis.

**Responsibilities & Duties**
- Recording AP and AR invoices
- Managing and recording employees' expenses
- Prepare and manage month-end and mid-month payments
- Prepare daily sales reports
- Bank and credit card reconciliation
- Prepare ad-hoc financial reports, ad hoc analysis, and summarization of data intercompany reconciliation
- Managing accruals and prepaid expenses on a monthly basis
- Bank reconciliation for payroll processing
- Fixed assets depreciation entries and reports

**Requirements**:
Required Skills/Qualifications:

- Must have 3+ years related experience in finance/accounting management in the hospitality sector.
- English is a must have
- Effective organizational and verbal communication skills
- Able to speak effectively before groups of stakeholders and other club employees
- Must be highly organized, efficient and detail oriented.
- Must have excellent interpersonal/relationship building skills.
- Must have supervisory, coaching and staff development experience.
