**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
The **HSK Coordinator**supports the organization, coordination, and supervision of all housekeeping activities, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, orderliness, and overall appearance of guest rooms, corridors, and service areas. Key responsibilities include:

- Monitoring daily room occupancy forecasts and reports related to rooms and guest stays.
- Planning and ensuring adequate staffing levels to complete daily housekeeping tasks efficiently.
- Overseeing the work performed by outsourced housekeeping personnel to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Ensuring adherence to scheduled periodic cleaning programs and maintaining timely execution.
- Coordinating training for both in-house staff and outsourced personnel on the proper use of housekeeping tools and equipment.
- Handling any additional operational duties assigned by management.
- Maintaining a strong guest-centric approach, proactively anticipating and fulfilling guest needs.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERTISE**
- Previous experience in a similar or related role within a 5-star luxury hotel environment.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory or coordinating position within housekeeping.
- Proficiency in English language.
- Required languages: Italian and English.

- **Location**: Milan, Italy
- **Languages Required**: Italian, English (additional languages are a plus)
- **Contract Duration**: 6/12 months
