Il Manager in Training è una figura operativa, che si occupa dell’accoglienza dei clienti, della gestione delle ordinazioni e del servizio ai tavoli nell’ottica di crescere all’interno del punto vendita per diventare Assistant Restaurant Manager e, successivamente, Restaurant Manager.
Pertanto, verrai coinvolto in un processo di formazione continua sull’intero territorio nazionale, in vista dell’apprendimento di nuove capacità e conoscenze.

Chi sei?
In qualità di Manager in Training, ti consideri una persona fortemente dinamica ed appassionata dal mondo della ristorazione. Hai già svolto un percorso in qualità di addetto/a sala (necessario avere esperienza di almeno un anno nel ruolo) e sei ambizioso nonché vuoi crescere nel mondo horeca. Eccellenti capacità relazionali e doti comunicative, propensione al lavoro in squadra e un ottimo standing nonché essere disponibili alla mobilità territoriale sono requisiti imprescindibili per la figura ricercata. Essere in possesso di Attestati HACCP e Sicurezza Generale nonché la conoscenza della lingua inglese sono requisiti preferenziali.

- Contratto a tempo determinato, con possibilità di proroghe - scopo inserimento stabile in azienda in un’ottica di crescita professionale e professionale,

ingresso al V Livello - CCNL TURISMO, per procedere nel breve tempo con una crescita di inquadramento
- Formazione continua (anche On The Job) sull’intero territorio nazionale,
- Ambiente di lavoro:
giovane, dinamico ed altamente motivazionale,
- Orario di lavoro:
09.00-23.59 secondo turnistica aziendale,
- Giorni di lavoro:
da lunedì a domenica - cinque giorni su sette - con riposi compensativi,
- Luogo di lavoro:
Milano.
