Junior Visual Merchandiser

At **Game 7 Athletics**, we're looking for a **Junior Visual Merchandiser** to join our team on a **fixed-term contract**.
You’ll help bring our stores to life, making sure our visual identity speaks clearly, consistently, and powerfully across all locations.

If you have 1-**2 years of experience** in visual merchandising, retail or product presentation, and you’re ready to step up your game in a dynamic, multibrand environment — we want to hear from you.

**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support the implementation of visual merchandising guidelines across our store network
- Ensure consistent and impactful in-store product presentation, in line with brand image and seasonal strategies
- Assist with layout planning, windows setup, and in-store communication materials
- Collaborate with the merchandising and buying teams to align product strategy and visual execution
- Monitor store execution through store visits and photo reports, identifying areas of improvement
- Help coordinate product launches, promotions, and seasonal changes from a visual point of view
- Stay up to date on visual trends, competitor practices, and customer behavior

**SKILLS AND ATTITUDES**:

- 1-2 years of experience in visual merchandising or retail operations, preferably in fashion, sportswear, or lifestyle sectors
- Good sense of style, space, and product storytelling
- Basic knowledge of planogramming, floor mapping, and visual tools
- Great organizational skills and attention to detail
- Hands-on attitude, flexibility, and ability to travel across store locations when needed
- Team spirit and strong communication skills
- Fluency in Italian and English
