**ADDETTO/A AL FRONT OFFICE E CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST**

Questa posizione è il cuore pulsante dell'ufficio: sarai la voce e il volto della nostra azienda, gestendo il primo contatto con clienti e fornitori e garantendo un supporto amministrativo impeccabile.

**Il tuo ruolo sarà quello di**:

- Gestire le attività di segreteria generale e l'archiviazione della documentazione.
- Occuparti di ordini, spedizioni e fatturazione, garantendo la massima precisione.
- Fornire supporto nella preparazione di gare d'appalto e richieste di offerta.

**Cosa cerchiamo**:

- Diploma o Laurea.
- Esperienza pregressa in ruoli di segreteria o customer service (un plus).
- Eccellenti doti comunicative e relazionali.
- Precisione, riservatezza e una forte attitudine al problem solving.
- La conoscenza della lingua inglese è un requisito gradito.
