We are offering an **Intern opportunity** to work with our team

As Office Automation & Controlling, you will have the chance to support leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth, and enhance citizen services—creating tangible value at speed and scale.

**Your Duties & Responsibilities**:
The activities that the resource will follow will be related to the documentation controlling and office automation, such as:

- Support in the storage of information, data exchange, and data management.
- Collect, scan and upload documents following established procedures.
- Ensure that all technical documents, such as reports, drawings, and plans, are collected and recorded in the system.
- Notify staff of updated versions of documents and how to access them.

**Education & Experience**:

- Degree in Business and Economics or a relevant field.
- Good command of English.
- Ability and experience in the management of digital archiving systems** is a plus**.
