Gruppo multinazionale nel settore della gomma/plastica che conta anche un’azienda specializzata nella produzione di **sistemi e componentistica per la ventilazione**.

**Posizione**:
Rispondendo al Business Unit Director, sarà chiamato ad analizzare la situazione del mercato Italia ed Europa per identificare una strategia di sviluppo prodotto. Coordinerà il team di Sviluppo Prodotto, all’interno del quale curerà gli obiettivi di performance del prodotto e li verificherà sui mercati. Fungerà da punto di collegamento tra l’area Tecnica e il field.

Il **ruolo** avrà le seguenti responsabilità:

- analizzare la domanda e l'offerta del mercato attraverso ricerche di mercato (market trends, consumer research, analisi competitor) tramite l’elaborazione di analisi quantitative e qualitative per identificare e supportare progetti di sviluppo di prodotto
- coordinare il team di sviluppo prodotto, condividendo i bisogni del mercato analizzati e suggerendo le expertise di tecnologia relative alle necessità del mercato
- lavorare a stretto contatto con l’area Sales per la declinazione sul mercato delle caratteristiche tecniche del prodotto
- organizzare training di prodotto alla forza vendita interna ed esterna

**Requisiti**:
Il **profilo ideale** possiede le seguenti competenze:

- formazione universitaria ad orientamento tecnico (ingegneria meccanica, idraulica, etc.)
- buona esperienza maturata presso realtà manifatturiere modernamente organizzate e a respiro internazionale, meglio del settore building
- competenze trade marketing
- conoscenza lingua inglese a un buon livello
- conoscenza principali applicativi caratterizzanti la funzione in oggetto (banche dati, etc.)

Completano il profilo professionalità, etica, credibilità ed equilibrio, forte orientamento ai risultati, competenze comunicative, flessibilità e adattamento, capacità di analisi e problem solving. Partecipa positivamente al lavoro di squadra ed è in grado di gestire, con spiccate doti di leadership il team assegnato.
