**Mission**

To drive the Performance Review Management process, ensuring clear & appropriate escalation to senior management

To ensure standardisation of Roles & Mandates and Governance documentation (GBMS) across the Project Management Office (PMO) family, driving a continuous improvement methodology & supporting education & training

To provide support on executive presentations as required

**Accountabilities**
- Support the implementation of a new reporting process for the organisation
- Oversee the ongoing reporting governance across the business, driving high quality & timely outputs from across the PMO family
- Develop & keep up to date a reporting calendar, providing a single point of truth for upcoming commitments & interdependencies
- Collate & monitor live project status for key projects, challenging reporting as appropriate & developing key KPI measures
- Monitor risks & opportunities, providing challenge to the business
- Support the drafting & issue of Roles & Mandates and GBMS documentation in line with PMO family agreements
- Establish a document sharing structure across PMO family & ensure its maintenance as a single point of truth with appropriate delegation of authority
- Support continuous improvement and education & training across the PMO family
- Support in delivering executive presentations for Group PMO, COO, & CEO, by working effectively across multiple stakeholders to ensure high quality outputs

A regular amount of travel is expected, including overseas

**Required Skills/ Knowledge**

This role is required to demonstrate all of the experience and skills listed below:
**Essential Requirements**
- 2 years+ experience in Railways business or similar global industry
- Exposure to project execution, KPIs, and financial measures
- Project support experience, familiar with reporting & governance
- Knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word
- Proactive attitude & analytical approach
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Fluent English

**Qualifications**
- Minimum Degree or equivalent qualification (Management Engineering and Business Management are preferred)

**Desirable Requirements**
- Knowledge of MS Power BI (or equivalent Business Intelligence Tool)
- Experience of direct project execution Governance “process documentation” experience
