Financial Administration Assistant

Introduction

As our new financial admin assistant, you will join the finance team. Together with your colleagues you will work on the proper financial administration to guarantee the adherence to regulatory controls & company standards that ensure the financial data integrity of the organization. You will mainly focus on ACR and ACP process related to extra UE transactions and import activities in close collaboration with Sales department.

Contract type: Temporary 1 year finalized to permanent
Location: Pero (close to Milano)

The Challenge
- Ensure accurate & timely bookings of supplier cost invoices;
- Ensure accurate & timely matching of purchase vouchers (goods);
- Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounting statuses
- Organize a transparent set-up of administration, files & information;
- Collaboration with internal and external customers to verify discrepancies, resolve billing issues & chase payments
- Cash Recepit review and posting
- Treat and process all incoming orders, and adjust where needed, in line with obtain a well-organized up-to-date order file.

What are we looking for?
- Ragioneria level education in Finance/Administration
- 1 -2 years experience in a financial department with a focus on accounts payable and receivables
- Import process knowledge will be considered a plus
- Good customer service skills
- Good communicator in Italian and English, both verbally and in writing;
- Knowledge and Experience in Office (Excel) and ERP-systems (preferably JD Edwards Enterprise One).
- Experience in working within international company is a pre;
- You are analytical and critical.
- You quickly see the core of the problem and you are able to translate this into practical solutions in combination with a hands-on mentality and critical attitude
- You have concern for order, quality and accuracy.
- You are working carefully with eye for detail.
