Job Offer: Wine Tasting and Reception Assistant (Fluent English, PC and Social Media Skills)

We are thrilled to announce an exciting job opportunity for a Wine Tasting and Reception Assistant with fluent English and proficiency in PC and social media skills. Our company is a renowned winery located in a beautiful vineyard region, and we are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with wine tastings and receptions for visitors, providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience.
- Conduct wine tastings, guiding guests through the wine selection process, and providing detailed information about our wines.
- Set up and maintain wine tasting stations, ensuring they are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Handle sales transactions, including processing payments, maintaining cash registers, and managing inventory.
- Coordinate wine club memberships, including sign-ups, renewals, and shipments.
- Manage reservations and bookings for wine tastings and events, both in-person and online.
- Utilize PC and social media skills to update our website, post engaging content on social media platforms, and assist with online marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

- Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Strong proficiency in using PCs and common office software, including Microsoft Office Suite or Open Office suite.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, for managing social media accounts and posting engaging content.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or related roles preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge and passion for wine, including understanding wine varietals, production processes, and wine tasting techniques.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.

Contratto di lavoro: Part-time, Tempo determinato
Durata contratto: 6 mesi

Retribuzione: a partire da €9,00 all'ora
