Supervisor, Facilities & Administration - Onsite - Milan, Italy

We are currently seeking a Supervisor of Facilities & Administration to join our diverse and dynamic team at ICON. As the Supervisor of Facilities & Administration, you will oversee and manage the daily operations of our facilities and administrative functions to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive work environment.

What you will be doing
- Supervising and leading a team responsible for facility maintenance, security, and administrative support services.
- Coordinating with external vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repairs of facilities and equipment.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and company guidelines.
- Managing facility budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Overseeing office services such as mail distribution, janitorial services, and office supplies procurement to support day-to-day operations.
- Serving as a point of contact for employees regarding facility-related issues, providing timely resolution and communication.

**Profile**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in facilities management, business administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in facilities management or administration, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong kNwledge of facility operations, including maintenance, security, and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
