Location: Remote (Europe)Employment Type: Full-timeLevel: SeniorCompensation: $100,000–$150,000 USD + Equity (0.1%–0.25%) About the Role We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join at an early stage and help build core systems from scratch. This is a deeply hands-on role for engineers who enjoy working without rigid frameworks, making architectural decisions independently, and shaping both the technology stack and engineering culture from day one. You'll have real ownership over end-to-end systems, collaborate closely with product and design, and play a key role in defining how the platform scales. If you're a true tinkerer who enjoys problem-solving, experimentation, and building elegant systems, this role offers both autonomy and long-term impact. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end features across backend and frontendBuild scalable, reliable systems and services from the ground upMake independent architectural decisions across microservices and APIsWork with databases, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps pipelinesCollaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teamsOptimize performance, reliability, and developer experienceContinuously experiment with tools, technologies, and approaches What Were Looking For 7+ years of professional software engineering experienceStrong polyglot programming background with Golang (must-have)Experience designing and building systems without established frameworksSolid knowledge of frontend and backend developmentExperience with microservices architecture, APIs, and databasesHands-on exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructurePrevious experience at early-stage startups or building products from scratchStrong problem-solving mindset and curiosity-driven approach Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary: $100k–$150k USDEquity participation (0.1%–0.25%)Opportunity to shape architecture and tech stack from day oneFully remote within EuropeCollaborative, innovative, and ownership-driven environment If you're excited by blank slates, autonomy, and building meaningful systems from zero, that's the place to do it.
