As BEG Project Manager for mobility components, you steer end-to-end projects in vehicle motion, automated driving, electronics, or powertrain, from acquisition through industrialization to series production. You collaborate with Sales, R&D and manufacturing to ensure profitable, specification-aligned outcomes. You bring broad automotive knowledge and lead cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge mobility tech within a global, innovative Bosch environment.

- Lead end-to-end project acquisition and coordination with Sales
- Coordinate with R&D and manufacturing to industrialize components
- Plan projects according to business area processes and drive them to series production
- Ensure profitability and compliance with specifications
- Act as a main stakeholder to customers and internal project teams
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and proactive project governance
- Master in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Informatics Engineering or related field
- Fluent in English and Italian; German a strong plus
- 3+ years of automotive project acquisition and management experience
- PMP certification preferred
- Interest in innovative technologies
- Experience in application is a plus
