In this role you own supplier fulfillment, ensuring on-time delivery of materials and related documents while driving performance improvements. You will coordinate with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and logistics to align production plans with company processes. You solve complex problems to support short- and long-term business goals and uphold quality and regulatory compliance. This position offers cross-functional collaboration and a chance to shape supplier strategy in a leading energy technology company.

- Manage delivery of materials and certificates for assigned suppliers and coordinate logistics up to system receipt.
- Provide visibility to internal customers on supplier plans and priorities to meet on-time delivery targets.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of all material documentation.
- Engage with Platform and Operating Units to give regular supplier performance feedback and refine strategy.
- Partner with Quality to support supplier surveillance and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with Logistics to optimize transportation plans and reduce costs.
- Support vendor recovery negotiations and accounts payable resolution on invoices.
- Contribute to key procurement initiatives through continuous improvement projects.
- Ensure supplier compliance with regulatory and reputation requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or equivalent experience (MBA acceptable).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills; ability to build internal and supplier relationships.
- Ability to manage heavy workloads in a high-pressure environment and prioritize tasks under criticalities.
- Proactive and analytical approach to problem identification and quick resolution.
- Fluency in Italian and English; EU passport; willingness to travel up to 20%.
