In this role you will lead the global deployment of strategic AI initiatives, translating business needs into scalable solutions. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget, while establishing governance and adoption practices. You will drive AI transformation across the enterprise and communicate progress to senior leadership. - Lead the execution and global deployment of strategic AI initiatives with defined roadmaps, budgets, and milestones
- Coordinate stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners through the implementation lifecycle
- Provide governance to ensure AI programs are scalable and aligned with enterprise standards
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications and implementation plans
- Monitor program performance, budgets, risks, and dependencies, with escalation and corrective actions
- Drive adoption, change management and communication to maximize business value and user engagement
- Support transition of AI solutions into operational environments ensuring sustainability
- Prepare updates and recommendations for senior leadership and key stakeholders
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields
- Solid understanding of AI technologies, use cases, and deployment approaches
- Experience managing complex transformation or technology programs in AI, automation, or digital transformation
- Experience in AI-related initiatives including governance and change management
- Previous managerial experience with ownership of strategic initiatives and cross-functional coordination
- Experience translating business needs into technical requirements and working with development teams
- Experience with senior executives in global, multicultural environments
