Growth Cab has an office in Milan and works with Italian B2B companies every day. In Italy the relationship comes first and the deal follows: that is exactly the job.
What you will do- Open one-to-one conversations with founders, CEOs and heads of sales at B2B tech companies, in your native language.
- Warm up accounts over weeks, not days: follow the signals our GTM team surfaces and bring something useful before you ask for anything.
- Run discovery calls and qualify every opportunity for budget, authority and urgency.
- Take the deal through the full cycle, from first conversation to proposal, negotiation and signature, with the founders one call away.
- Write a short note after every conversation, so the account history lives in our CRM and not in your head.
- Meet clients in person when it moves the relationship forward: dinners, events, a coffee in their city.
- Native Italian.
- Fluent English.
- A track record in B2B sales, consulting, partnerships or account management, with deals you can walk us through.
- Ease in a room with a C-level executive, and the instinct to make every conversation worth their time.
- A preference for depth over volume: ten thoughtful conversations beat a thousand templated messages.
- Ownership. You treat your market like your own business.
- A GTM engine behind you: Account research, lists, buying signals and AI workflows are prepared by our team, so your hours go into conversations.
- Clients worth your time: B2B tech companies whose buyers expect a real conversation, and reward the person who earns their trust.
- Remote, from anywhere: Work from wherever you do your best work, on hours that match your market.
- A direct line to the founders: Federico and Lorenzo join the calls that matter and help you close.
