About the role
Take Wayora from its early stage to a recognised travel brand in Europe. Channels, brand, funnel, partnerships: growth here starts from zero, and it is yours: strategy and hands, both.
What you'll do
- Build the acquisition strategy from zero and run it yourself
- Own brand and content: what Wayora says, where, and how it sounds
- Measure and iterate on the funnel end to end
- Open distribution partnerships that fit a premium travel brand
- Bring the customer's voice into the product
What you bring
- At least 4 years of professional experience: you have done growth before at an early-stage consumer or travel company
- Master's degree in economics, marketing or communication
- Full right to work in Italy and the European Union
- English at C1 level or above, plus Italian; experience in other EU markets is a plus
- Hands-on: you run campaigns and write copy, not only briefs
- Fluent with data and with words: both, not one
Contract
Permanent contract, with a probationary period. An equity participation component is envisaged, to be defined during negotiations. xbvzest
