As a Clinical Trial Manager II at ICON, you design and oversee trials and analyze complex data to advance innovative therapies. You work with cross-functional teams to shape study protocols, enrollments, and day-to-day trial operations while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality deliverables. You report on trends and insights to optimize outcomes and tackle challenges with proactive solutions. This role sits at the core of ICON’s sponsor-dedicated model, contributing to patient-focused research on a global scale.

- Oversee clinical trial management workstreams to meet quality and timeline expectations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement trial enrollment strategies
- Develop and implement comprehensive clinical trial protocols
- Manage day-to-day trial operations ensuring regulatory compliance
- Analyze and interpret trial data to identify trends and optimize outcomes
- Proactively address challenges with effective solutions for successful trial execution
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to build partnerships and smooth processes
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- minimum of X years of experience in clinical trial management
- Proven expertise in designing and executing clinical trials
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Willingness to travel ~25%
